A cracked original coupling causes boost leaks, hissing under load, loss of power, limp mode and underboost fault codes. The aluminium alloy body withstands turbo heat and boost pressure without splitting, restoring a sealed charge air connection without the cost of a complete genuine charge air line. The black finish is cosmetic only; colour may vary by production batch and does not affect fitment or performance.

This aluminium charge air pipe replaces the centre-section intercooler hose on the Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W205 saloon and S205 estate) with the 1.6-litre OM626 diesel engine, matching genuine part A6260900042. It is made from rigid aluminium with a machined flange and mounting bracket. It replaces an original hose that has split, swollen or cracked and is leaking boost pressure. Full boost, smooth power delivery and clean running are restored, and the rigid pipe resists heat and oil far better than the original.
