Both components are moulded from POM plastic (Polyoxymethylene), a low-friction engineering polymer that resists the heat and vibration that crack the factory bracket. When the original bracket fails, the reflector drops or rattles and the headlight can no longer be aimed, causing dazzle, poor road illumination and a failed inspection. This kit re-anchors the adjusting screw and levelling motor to the reflector so the beam can be set correctly and stays put. The colour of the parts may vary by production batch and does not affect fitment or performance.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"OMNIVALEA","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48249045057588,"sku":"694","price":10.9,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0724\/1849\/2468\/files\/694-1.png?v=1788246679","url":"https:\/\/omnivalea.net\/de\/products\/headlight-adjuster-bracket-bmw-5-series-e39-63120027924","provider":"OMNIVALEA Auto Parts","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
