Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
- Not showing any signs of wear, modification, or incorrect installation.
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, accessories, and documentation.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that have been fitted, tested, or installed on a vehicle are not eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label.
Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@omnivalea.net.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items damaged during or after incorrect installation.
- Products are missing original packaging or labels.
- Electrical or electronic components that have been connected or tested.
- Items sold as clearance, final sale, or with special discount codes.
If you are unsure about the return eligibility of your item, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your existing product (after approval) and place a new order for the correct item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must still meet the same return conditions: unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
