This left headlight bracket repair kit remounts a loose or sagging headlight on the BMW 3 Series E90 saloon and E91 touring without buying a complete new unit. It replaces the plastic mounting tabs that break off the headlight housing, supplying three repair brackets moulded from durable POM plastic plus two fixing screws. When the original tabs snap the headlight shifts in the opening, throws off the beam aim and may rattle over bumps. Fitting these brackets restores firm, correctly aligned mounting at a fraction of the cost of a new headlight.

WHY THE HEADLIGHT WORKS LOOSE AND HOW THIS KIT FIXES IT

On the BMW 3 Series E90 and E91 the headlight is held by slim plastic tabs that grow brittle with heat and age and snap, so the lamp sags in the opening, loses its beam alignment and rattles over bumps. Owners often think the whole headlight needs replacing, but in most cases only the mounting brackets have failed. This kit supplies the replacement brackets and screws to remount the existing headlight firmly and correctly.

WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY

This is the left side and fits the E90 saloon and E91 touring, both the early and the facelift (LCI) cars, so confirm your headlight carries one of the listed OE numbers and that your car is a saloon or touring rather than the E92 coupe or E93 convertible. Remove the headlight to reach the broken mounting points, then fit the replacement brackets to the housing and body locations using the supplied screws.
