WHY THESE SCREWS FAIL

Panel screws under the car and inside the wheel arches live in constant spray, salt and road dirt. Over time they corrode, seize and round off when removed, snap during servicing or simply go missing, leaving wheel arch liners and splash shields flapping, rattling or letting water into areas they are meant to protect. This set replaces them with the correct N90775001 specification screw so the panels clamp down firmly again.

WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE BUYING

Compare against an original screw: this is a 4.8 mm thread-cutting screw, 16 mm long below the head, with a 15 mm flange head and a Torx T25 drive. It replaces genuine OE N90775001 and fits the mounting points designed for this fastener on the listed VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen and Jeep models. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION NOTES

Clean dirt and corrosion from the mounting holes, then align the panel before starting each screw by hand so the thread cuts straight. Drive with a T25 Torx bit and stop as soon as the flange seats firmly against the panel, especially in plastic mounting points, where over-tightening strips the thread or cracks the panel. Fit all screws loosely first on larger panels, then tighten evenly so the panel sits without distortion.
