This window switch button cap fits the window switches of the BMW 3 Series E46 (1998-2006) and E90 (2005-2011), the X5 E53 (1999-2003) and the X3 E83 (2003-2007). The original button caps are a classic BMW wear point: the rocker surface peels sticky, the printed window symbol rubs away or the cap snaps off its hinge, leaving the switch working but ugly or impossible to press properly. This replacement cap clips onto the original switch in place of the worn cap, restoring the factory look and click, and fits the front or rear, left or right door switches. The cap is molded from durable ABS plastic in black with the illuminated window symbol as original.
